At the two SALETELLIGENCE clinic days in Munich and Frankfurt the participants gained insights on marketing and sales within the hospital sector.

Our conference series with lectures and case studies has been a great success again in its 4th edition and was well appreciated by the participants.

The first module centered around the topic of case-based potential evaluations and their implementations within specific tools. The SALETELLIGENCE clinic navigator has been introduced as our standard solution to analyse the quality reports of German acute hospitals. On this basis, Jürgen Hain, Health Service Manager at Smiths Medical Deutschland GmbH, reported on the sales enabling tool “CustomerConnect” which combines potential and sales data and provides comprehensive instruments facilitating customer management.

In a further module, new ways of market transparency in the area of medical supplies have been presented. Felix Pintgen, Global Director Health & Medical at GfK introduced the GFK hospital panel whereby concrete information on hospital consumption patterns are available. Complementary, SALETELLIGENCE presented solutions and case studies on the basis of anonymised  panel information.

The event was completed by presentations on mobile territory solutions and key opinion leader management. In this context, Andreas Palenga, Business Analyst at Actelion Pharmaceuticals Deutschland GmbH, reported on concrete project experiences with SALETELLIGENCE.

A very good event where I learned a lot that can be used directly in my daily business.
